Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Sign up, try every feature for 7 days and decide afterwards.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan from the dashboard. If you don't, the account is paused and you aren't charged anything.
What counts as a message?
Every message the agent sends. Messages you receive from your customers don't count.
What if I go over my message limit?
We'll let you know before you reach it. You can upgrade at any time and it's prorated.
How does the yearly plan work?
You pay for 12 months with 20% off. You can switch from monthly to yearly whenever you like.
Is there a minimum term? Can I cancel anytime?
There's no minimum term and no penalties: cancel whenever you like and take your data with you.
How much does the WhatsApp Business API cost?
If you connect WhatsApp by QR code, Meta doesn't charge you anything extra. If you use the official API, Meta bills conversations according to its published rates, which depend on the country and message type, and that usage is added to your plan.
Does the voice agent cost extra?
The voice agent is included in every plan, but call usage may carry an additional cost depending on how much you use it. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll give you an indicative estimate for your case.
