Purpose
These terms govern the use of AkkaSignal, an AI agent platform provided by Akkaia Consulting (Calle Alfredo Di Stéfano 52, 18102 Granada, Spain). By creating an account you accept these terms.
Free trial
The trial lasts 7 days, does not require a card and may have usage limits. When it ends, the account is paused if no plan is purchased.
Plans, prices and payment
Prices are published on the pricing page and exclude VAT. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. There is no minimum term: you can cancel at any time and the plan will remain active until the end of the paid period. Some usage (voice, official Meta API) may be billed separately depending on consumption.
Acceptable use
You may not use AkkaSignal to send spam or unlawful content, impersonate others, or breach the policies of WhatsApp, Meta or other channels. You are responsible for the content you configure and for informing your customers that they are being served by an automated system where the law requires it.
Data and data processing
You are the controller of your customers' data; Akkaia acts as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR and the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service continuously available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control (for example, outages of third-party channels). AI responses may contain errors: review your configuration and monitor conversations. Akkaia's liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Intellectual property
The platform belongs to Akkaia. Your data, content and configurations are yours and you can export them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Granada, unless consumer protection law provides for a different jurisdiction.
