What cookies are
Small files (or local storage data) saved in your browser so the website works, remembers your preferences or measures how it is used.
Technical and necessary cookies (no consent required)
akkasignal_session: keeps you signed in (first-party, 7 days). akkasignal_account: remembers the active business (first-party). akkasignal_locale: chosen language (first-party, 1 year).
akkasignal_consent: stores your cookie choice (first-party, 12 months, also in local storage).
akkasignal_attr: where your visit came from (UTM parameters, landing page and referring site) so we know which campaign brought a request you send us (first-party, 90 days). If you reject marketing cookies, ad click identifiers are not stored and it is deleted when you close the browser.
Local storage: light or dark theme and your conversation with Lucía during the session.
Analytics cookies (only if you accept them)
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): _ga (2 years) and _ga_<ID> (2 years). They measure page views, traffic sources and events such as "trial started" or "form sent", in aggregate. Google may process data outside the EEA with the safeguards described in its privacy policy.
Marketing and advertising cookies (only if you accept them)
Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.): _gcl_au (90 days) and conversion cookies from doubleclick.net / google.com (e.g. IDE, up to 13 months). Used to measure which ads lead to sign-ups or requests and to show relevant ads.
Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): _fbp (90 days), _fbc (90 days) and facebook.com cookies (e.g. fr, 90 days). They measure ad conversions on Facebook and Instagram and allow showing ads to people who already visited the website.
Google Consent Mode v2
By default, analytics and advertising storage is denied (ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization). Google tags and the Meta pixel are not loaded until you accept the corresponding category.
Payments
When you pay through Stripe, PayPal or Redsys, those providers may set their own technical cookies on their payment pages, subject to their policies.
How to change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" button on this page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block technical cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
